UK Orders

  • Free UK Shipping: All orders include free Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class delivery.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched no later than the end of the next working day after purchase. Orders placed before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day, but this is on a best-endeavour basis.
  • Delivery Estimates: All delivery times are estimates only. Royal Mail 48 / 2nd Class is not a guaranteed service, and delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control.

USA Orders

  • Pre-Paid Customs & Duties (PDDP): All orders shipped to the United States are sent via a Pre-paid Delivery Duty Paid service. Any applicable import tariffs, taxes, or customs fees are calculated and charged upfront at checkout.
  • No Hidden Fees: You will not have to pay any additional fees or customs clearance charges upon delivery; your package will arrive straight to your door.
  • Delivery times vary by country and are typically 4–21 working days. Please note that international delivery is not guaranteed within these timeframes.

European Union (EU) Orders (Updated July 1st 2026)

  • Fully Pre-Paid Delivery (DDP / IOSS): We ship to the EU with all import costs fully paid upfront. Your local country’s VAT, standard customs duties, and the mandatory EU €3 flat customs duty (charged per product classification line) are calculated and collected directly at checkout.
  • No Delivery Surcharges: Because all taxes, duties, and processing fees are settled at the point of purchase, your local postal service will not charge you any additional handling fees or clearance taxes upon arrival.
  • Orders placed prior to July 1st 2026 were shipped 'Delivery Duties Unpaid' (DDU). No customs duties, taxes, or import fees were charged upfront. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

International Orders (Rest of World & Non-EU)

  • We ship internationally using tracked postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size/weight.
